Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) outlines the rules, standards, and restrictions that apply when using our VoIP dialer, virtual numbers, calling services, and all related features (“Services”).

By using our Services, you agree to comply with this AUP at all times.

1. Purpose of This Policy

This policy is designed to:

  • Protect the quality, reliability, and security of our telecommunications services.

  • Prevent misuse, abuse, or illegal activities.

  • Maintain compliance with global telecommunication regulations and carrier requirements.

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not use our Services for any of the following:

2.1 Illegal or Harmful Use

❌ Making calls for fraud, scams, impersonation, identity theft, or any illegal activity.
❌ Harassing, threatening, or abusing individuals or businesses.
❌ Sharing or transmitting malware, spam, or harmful content.

2.2 Telemarketing & Cold Calling Restrictions

Our dialer supports cold calling, but certain rules must be followed:

❌ No calling individuals who are on national or regional Do Not Call lists.
❌ No automated or pre-recorded calls without proper consent (if applicable in your country).
❌ No calling from spoofed, hidden, or misleading caller IDs.
❌ No high-volume blasting or “robocalling” that violates telecom regulations.

2.3 Network & System Misuse

❌ Attempting to bypass security controls, carrier filters, or anti-spam systems.
❌ Overloading the network or performing actions that degrade service for others.
❌ Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or access parts of the system without permission.

2.4 Misrepresentation

❌ Using numbers, caller IDs, or identities that do not belong to you.
❌ Misleading callers about who you are or what your business does.

3. Fair Usage Requirements

To maintain service quality for all users:

  • High-volume calling campaigns must follow regulatory dialing limits.

  • Call frequency, duration, and parallel calls must stay within reasonable bounds.

  • Usage patterns resembling automated spamming or war dialing may be restricted.

We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or throttle accounts that violate fair usage standards.

4. Content Guidelines

You must not transmit content that includes:

❌ Hate speech
❌ Violence or abuse
❌ Fraudulent offers
❌ Adult or explicit material
❌ False claims or deceptive marketing

All recorded calls must comply with local two-party or one-party consent laws.

5. Security Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Keep your account credentials confidential.

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

  • Ensure your devices are secure and free from malware.

  • Use the dialer only for legitimate, ethical calling purposes.

6. Monitoring & Compliance

We may monitor usage patterns, call frequency, and quality metrics to ensure compliance with:

  • Telecom regulations

  • Carrier guidelines

  • This Acceptable Use Policy

If suspicious or abusive activity is detected, we may temporarily or permanently suspend your account.

7. Violations & Consequences

Violating this AUP may result in:

  • Warning notices

  • Temporary service suspension

  • Permanent account termination

  • Legal action, if required by law

  • Reporting your activity to carriers or regulators

No refunds will be issued for accounts terminated due to AUP violations.
