Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs the use of Dialsyx’s services, platform, and infrastructure. By accessing or using Dialsyx, you agree to comply with this policy.

Purpose of this Policy

Dialsyx provides cloud-based VoIP dialer services to support legitimate business communication. This policy exists to:

  • Protect the integrity and security of our platform
  • Ensure lawful and ethical use of services
  • Prevent misuse, abuse, or illegal activity
  • Maintain service quality for all customers

Scope

This policy applies to:

  • All Dialsyx users and account holders
  • Authorized agents, employees, or contractors
  • All calls, recordings, data, and platform features

Permitted Use

You may use Dialsyx services only for lawful business communication purposes, including but not limited to:

  • Sales and outbound business calls
  • Customer support and service calls
  • Internal team communication
  • Legitimate call center operations

All usage must comply with Applicable local and international laws, Telecom and VoIP regulations, and Data protection and privacy laws.

Prohibited Activities

4.1 Illegal & Fraudulent Use

  • Scams, fraud, or deceptive practices
  • Impersonation of individuals or organizations
  • Phishing, identity theft, or financial fraud
  • Any activity violating local or international law

4.2 Unlawful or Harmful Communications

  • Harassment, threats, abuse, or hate speech
  • Extortion, intimidation, or coercion
  • Distribution of misleading or false information
  • Content that is violent, obscene, or harmful

4.3 Spam & Unsolicited Calling

  • Robocalling or auto-dialing without consent
  • Bulk unsolicited calls or spam campaigns
  • Violations of Do-Not-Call (DNC) regulations
  • Repeated calls intended to annoy or harass

4.4 Unauthorized Access & System Abuse

  • Attempting to bypass security measures
  • Accessing accounts or data without permission
  • Interfering with platform performance
  • Reverse engineering or tampering with systems

4.5 Resale & Misuse

  • Reselling services without authorization
  • Sharing accounts or credentials
  • Using Dialsyx for personal, non-business use
  • Using the platform beyond agreed limits

Call Recording Responsibility

If you use call recording features:

  • You are responsible for complying with all consent laws
  • You must inform call participants where required
  • Dialsyx is not responsible for misuse of recordings
  • Recordings must not be used for unlawful purposes

Data Protection & Privacy Responsibility

Users must:

  • Protect login credentials
  • Restrict access to authorized users only
  • Handle customer data responsibly
  • Comply with applicable privacy regulations

Dialsyx does not permit misuse, selling, or unauthorized sharing of call data.

Monitoring & Enforcement

Dialsyx reserves the right to monitor platform usage, investigate suspicious activity, and suspend or terminate accounts without notice.

Enforcement actions may include: Temporary suspension, permanent account termination, service limitations, and reporting to authorities where required.

Service Impact & Fair Usage

Excessive or abusive usage that degrades platform performance, affects other customers, or violates fair usage standards may result in throttling, restriction, or suspension of services.

Customer Responsibility

  • All activity conducted under your account
  • Ensuring your agents follow this policy
  • Educating your team on lawful usage
  • Immediately reporting security incidents

Policy Updates

Dialsyx may update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Continued use of Dialsyx after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
