Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Dialsyx’s VoIP dialer, calling solutions, virtual numbers, and all related telecommunications products and services (“Services”).

By creating an account or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

1. Definitions

“Dialsyx,” “Company,” “We,” “Us,” “Our” – refers to Dialsyx, based in Islamabad, Pakistan, providing VoIP and telecommunication services.
“User,” “You,” “Customer” – refers to any individual or business using our Services.
“Services” – includes the Dialsyx VoIP dialer, calling features, virtual numbers, website, support, and all communication tools we provide.
“Account” – your registered profile used to access the Services.

2. Eligibility

To use Dialsyx Services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.

  • Have the legal authority to enter this agreement.

  • Use the Services only for lawful, ethical business purposes.

If you register on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that business to these Terms.

3. Service Description

Dialsyx provides telecommunications solutions including:

  • VoIP-based calling

  • Cold calling capabilities

  • Call transfer, hold, park, and recording

  • Softphone integration

  • Virtual numbers (where available)

  • Connectivity tools and support services

Dialsyx may update, improve, or change features at any time with or without notice.

4. User Responsibilities

By using Dialsyx, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate account information.

  • Use the Services only for permitted and legal purposes.

  • Keep your account credentials secure.

  • Ensure your devices and network are safe from unauthorized access.

  • Follow all telecom regulations in your region.

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You must comply with the Dialsyx Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).

You may NOT use the Services for:

  • Fraudulent, scam, or deceptive activities

  • Harassment or abusive calling

  • Illegal telemarketing

  • Caller ID spoofing

  • High-volume auto-blast or robocalling

  • Activities restricted by telecom authorities

Violations may lead to immediate suspension or termination without refund.

6. Service Availability & Performance

Dialsyx aims to maintain a stable and high-quality service. However:

  • No service can be guaranteed 100% free from interruptions.

  • Issues may arise due to carriers, networks, or external factors.

  • Dialsyx is not liable for outages, delays, or performance losses.

Scheduled maintenance may occur and will be communicated when possible.

7. Payments & Billing

7.1 Subscription Fees

Dialsyx operates on a prepaid subscription model. Fees must be paid in advance as outlined in your plan.

7.2 Billing Terms
  • All payments are non-refundable except where covered by our Refund Policy.

  • Failure to pay may result in temporary or permanent service suspension.

7.3 Taxes & Regulatory Fees

Users are responsible for any applicable taxes, regulatory fees, or telecom charges.

8. Virtual Numbers & Carrier Conditions

When using virtual numbers or carrier-based services:

  • Availability may vary by region.

  • Carriers may enforce compliance restrictions.

  • Numbers may change, be reclaimed, or replaced when required by the carrier.

Dialsyx is not responsible for third-party carrier limitations or failures.

9. Call Recording & Compliance

If you enable call recordings:

  • You are responsible for notifying call participants when required by law.

  • Dialsyx only provides the recording infrastructure and does not monitor call content.

  • You must comply with call recording regulations in your jurisdiction.

10. Data Privacy

Your data is handled according to the Dialsyx Privacy Policy.

By using our Services, you consent to the processing of your data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

All platform designs, software components, branding, and documentation belong to Dialsyx.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Services for your business calling activities.

You may NOT:

  • Reverse-engineer or modify our software

  • Copy or reproduce platform material

  • Resell our Services without permission

12. Termination

Dialsyx may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms or the AUP

  • You fail to pay subscription fees

  • You misuse or abuse the Services

  • Required by legal or telecom authorities

You may stop using the Services at any time.

Refunds will only apply under our Refund Policy.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Dialsyx is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • We are not responsible for losses caused by outages, third-party carriers, misuse, or user errors.

  • Total liability is limited to the amount you paid within the last 30 days.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and protect Dialsyx from any claims, losses, damages, or disputes arising from:

  • Your misuse of the Services

  • Illegal calling activities

  • Violation of telecom regulations

  • Breach of these Terms

15. Updates to Terms

Dialsyx reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Islamabad, Pakistan, without considering conflict-of-law principles.
